Warranty & Complaints
The legal guarantee applies to all items that you purchase from us. Legal guarantee means that a product is or must do what the consumer can expect in all reasonableness. A factory warranty also applies to some products. This warranty does not affect the legal guarantee. There is a factory warranty of 30 days.
It can sometimes happen that you unexpectedly have a complaint about an order or about our service. We recommend that you first email us the complaint to email@example.com or fill out the form below. You will receive no confirmation for this. Calling is also possible on 06-11769575, then we will talk to you personally. We will do our best to deal with your complaint as soon as possible, within 14 days at the latest. For more information about complaints you can read on our page Terms and Conditions .
Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Litigation Board, P.O. Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl). You can also submit your complaint to the complaints board via the European ODR Platform http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
